Status uses the signing service's own envelope vocabulary (sent · partially_signed · completed · declined · voided) plus the recipient states (viewed · signed · changes_requested). Waiting on is the service's existing next-action mapping — not new wording. Downloads are the two real artifact kinds: signed (PDF) and certificate (completion record).
